- Dust baseboard
- Dust ceiling fan/light fixtures (blades and hardware) (if applicable)
- *Note: Globes on light fixtures cannot be cleaned by agent unless globes are removed from light fixture by homeowner
- Window sills and blinds dusted (if applicable)
- Wipe off light switches and door knobs
- Dust any tables or furniture from top to bottom with microfiber cloth
- Dust all decor and pictures (if applicable)
- Wipe down cabinets (outside) and wipe down counter tops (*Note inside of cabinets can be scheduled for residential cleans for allotted time to be scheduled to remove and replace items in cabinets) Inside of cabinets wiped down for all Move Out/Move in Cleans.
- Clean and wipe down outside of stove top (All self-clean ovens must be turned on the night before service) upon the day of service agent will clean the debris left behind from the self-clean.
- Note: Oven cleaners cannot be used in self-clean ovens. Oven that are gas, gas must be turned off to stove in order for stove or oven to be cleaned.
- Clean outside and inside of appliances (microwave, dishwasher)
- Clean outside of refrigerator

- Clean toilet inside and out (ensuring to wipe down entire outside of toilet)
- Clean mirror
- Clean vanity sink(s) and wipe down vanity counter
- Clean and shine the faucets in sink
- Wipe down vanity cabinets (outside)
- *Note inside of cabinets can be scheduled for residential cleans but allotted time must be scheduled to allow to remove and replace items in cabinets
- Sweep and Mop floor or vacuum (whichever applies)

- Replace rugs, bath mat and wastebaskets (after floor has dried)
