Dear Client:
Effective June 12,2020, we are finally able to offer services to all clients with normal operating procedures, allowing our clients to be in the home with some guidelines. Although you will now be able to be present for the cleaning, all clients present for the cleaning will need to be stationed in one area of the home. Once our team is ready to clean that area of the home, clients will need to relocate to another cleaned area of the home.
All chemicals used in your home during the Covid19 pandemic are CDC (Centers of Disease Control and Prevention) approved and required for sanitizing and cleaning purposes. We use: Lysol Disinfectant, Cleaning Peroxide, and Lysol Toilet Bowl Cleaner. Please note that these chemicals are mixed according to the CDC guidelines to help kill Covid19 bacteria on contact.
All agents will be wearing, nitrile gloves, shoe covers, and face masks to protect themselves as well as your family and home. If anyone is sick in the home on your service day, your cleaning must be rescheduled.
After setting up your recurring services, reminders will be sent out the day before service. Please be sure to confirm your appointment. Failure to confirm appointment means our team will not be dispatched out the following day for your service (unless we have a key/code to enter the home). This keeps us from charging a cancellation fee.
If you have children in the home, please make sure that all toys are picked up throughout your home including in the bathtubs.
This helps us to keep your bill down, by allowing us to focus on your home.
